We’ll also finalize payment options and discuss any special arrangements to ensure you’re fully satisfied.

Travel Fees

A travel fee may apply for locations outside our primary service zones. We are proud to serve Sawyer County and nearby areas, including Spooner and Birchwood. For more distant locations, specific travel fees will be discussed with you during booking.

Zone 1 (Local Zone - Within Sawyer County)

Coverage: Towns and communities within Sawyer County, WI.

Travel Fee: No fee

Zone 2 (Neighboring Areas - Up to 30 miles from Sawyer County)

Coverage: Includes areas like Birchwood, Spooner, and parts of Washburn and Barron Counties.

Travel Fee: $25

Zone 3 (Extended Zone - 30 to 50 miles from Sawyer County)

Coverage: Areas reaching towns like Barron, Ladysmith, and Hayward outskirts.

Travel Fee: $35

Zone 4 (Distant Zone - 50 to 75 miles from Sawyer County)

Coverage: Covers Eau Claire, Rice Lake, and nearby towns.

Travel Fee: $50

Zone 5 (Remote Zone - Over 75 miles from Sawyer County)

Coverage: Any areas beyond the 75-mile range.

Travel Fee: Starting at $65, with custom quotes for distances significantly beyond 75 miles.

Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. For no-shows, a portion of your payment may be retained to cover the time and resources reserved for your booking.
